 | Job-hunter – Nakuru (Charity)
Waking up in the morning and come to work is a great sense of satisfaction by just the thought that my duties call for someone’s life to change for the better.
It is with great pleasure that I do this because at the end of the day, the world is becoming a better place by some one becoming self reliant, and in return accomplish his or her duties of taking care of his/her siblings and making a better life.
I like what I do because at the end of the day, I feel whole having given my best. Courage, determination, passion, motivation and above all team-work are my driving force towards accomplishing this noble course! |
 | Social worker/Team leader – Nakuru (Njeri)
……I like what I am do very much because at the end of the day there is something new imparted into the lives of the youngsters we offer training to. Especially when I am having the Personal development plan sessions. Our trainees blossom and fortunately the fire keeps burning. Surprisingly I grow together with them. I find new insights in my life both personal and professional. This makes it easier for me to link the trainees with professional working mothers who assist the trainees in balancing their work and familial responsibilities. The Team Leadership responsibilities are manageable since all the staffs are team players, hence making it easy to handle things. |
